FinanceAI Lab is a modular demonstration platform showing what AI-augmented finance analysis looks like in practice. Each module is a standalone tool built around a real FP&A workflow — the kind of work that finance teams do regularly but that takes significant manual effort. The platform is designed for FP&A professionals, finance managers, and anyone evaluating where AI can add genuine value in a finance function.

The two live modules cover the workflows most common in month-end and reporting cycles. The Variance Commentary module accepts an uploaded Excel file, detects the structure automatically, and generates CFO-ready commentary on budget versus actual variances — with a waterfall chart, top movers, and audience-specific language selectable between board, CFO, and operations. The Journal Entry Drafting module accepts a chart of accounts, presents a library of transaction types, and drafts complete double-entry journal entries with line-by-line narrative and a balance validation check.
